Team includes three otolaryngologists, two advanced practitioners and two audiologists serving patients in
two area clinics. We provide a full range of common ENT services to adult and pediatric patients. Highly

Qualifications
- Required Master’s Degree
- Preferred Doctorate Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree
- LIC-Audiologist – STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Clinical Competency in Audiology Certification (CCC-A) – AAA American Academy of
Audiology Upon Hire preferred Or
CRT-Clinical Competency in Audiology Certification (CCC-A) – ASHA American Speech-
Language-Hearing Association Upon Hire preferred
