Responsibilities

• Building rapport with patients and conducting a comprehensive range of diagnostic tests
• Offering support and encouragement to patients to seek assistance for their hearing loss
• Programming and fitting hearing aids using real ear measurements and functional gain to ensure that patients receive the maximum benefit
• Establishing connections with patients and cultivating lifelong relationships
